B2BTek

Team

Three partners. No handoffs.

Small by design. The people you meet on the call are the people who build, secure, and ship your system.

Kevin is a security engineer and back-end developer who works both sides of the line: he builds production systems and he attacks them. He holds a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity from St. John's University in Queens and a master's in cyber and information security.

His practice covers penetration testing, red teaming, and blue-team defense — web and application testing, threat modelling, secure code review, and hardening across AWS, virtualized environments, and Active Directory estates. That range is the reason security sits at the front of a B2BTek engagement rather than at the end of it.

He competes at the collegiate level with St. John's STJCyberStorm. In 2026 the team placed among the top ten at the Northeast Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition qualifier and advanced to the regional finals — only the second time in the university's history, and its first appearance since 2019. The format is unforgiving: defend a live corporate network, including Active Directory, while a professional red team attacks it continuously for three days. He has also competed in PatriotCTF and HackTheMadness.

On the build side, Kevin works in back-end and infrastructure engineering across several languages, and leads the security and testing of the AI agent systems the team puts into production — evaluating them before they touch a client's data, not after.

Security practice

The credentials behind the security half of the business.

Defending a live network under sustained attack for three days teaches you things a certificate cannot. It is the same posture we bring to a client engagement.
